If you want to claim against your car insurance policy, in addition to the completed and signed claim form, you also need the following documentation:
- Sketch of accident/incident
- SAPS Report
- 2 x Quotations where applicable
- Clear copies of driver’s licences
- Full third party details
- Copy of registration documents

If you want to claim against your buildings insurance policy, in addition to the completed and signed claim form, you also need the following documentation:
- Quotations and/or damage report specifying the cause of the damage

- SAPS theft report where relevant with item(s) listed
- 2 x Quotations where applicable
- With specified and/or valuable items, a valuation or invoice as proof of value

- With prescription glasses, a letter from the medical aid
