If you want to claim against your car insurance policy, in addition to the completed and signed claim form, you also need the following documentation:

  • Sketch of accident/incident
  • SAPS Report
  • 2 x Quotations where applicable
  • Clear copies of driver’s licences
  • Full third party details
  • Copy of registration documents

If you want to claim against your buildings insurance policy, in addition to the completed and signed claim form, you also need the following documentation:

  • Quotations and/or damage report specifying the cause of the damage

If you want to claim against your buildings insurance policy, in addition to the completed and signed claim form, you also need the following documentation:

  • SAPS theft report  where relevant with item(s) listed
  • 2 x Quotations where applicable
  • With specified and/or valuable items, a valuation or invoice as proof of value
  • With mobile phones, a theft report and blacklisting by the service provider
  • With prescription glasses, a letter from the medical aid
