If you remove the roof from your house and turn it upside down allowing all the contents to “fall out,” this is what we refer to as Household Contents. These include household goods (like furniture), appliances (like fridges, microwaves, ovens and kettles), televisions, decoders, satellite dishes or the aerial, high-fidelity equipment, foodstuffs contained in any refrigerator/deep freeze, locks and keys as well as remote control devices.

Anything that requires a ladder or your impressive power tools to install, remove or fix would be considered as part of the structure; in essence everything you leave behind when relocating to a new home.”
